Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich....

Sandwiches are the easiest snack to make and also less time consuming....

Ingredients:
Mayonnaise (veg)
Butter
Onion (chopped long)
Capsicum (cut long)
Boiled carrot (optional)
Boiled potato
Green chilli's finely chopped (optional)
Black pepper
Cabbage
Corns (optional)
Cheese (optional)
Brown breads slices

Method:
Take a deep vessel and mix all the veggies in it, then put the mayonnaise in it and mix it well and make it creamy.
Then put the black pepper and green chillies(optional) and mix it.
Once you feel that the mixture is creamy enough, take a bread slice and apply a layer of butter and then mixture on it to make the sandwich.
After you apply it close the slice with another bread slice like we usually do while making a sandwiches.
You can either roast it in oven or grill it in the grill machine. After that your sandwich is ready to eat with yummy ketchup or your any favorite chutney.
