Chocolate Brownies (Egg-less)

Preparation time: 5 to 10min
Cooking time: 15 to 20min
Servings: 4


Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 100grams
Refined flour(maida) - 1 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
Walnut (peeled) - 1/2 cup
Butter - 130 grams
Castor sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 3/4 cup
Oil - for greasing


Method:
Mix the flour and baking powder and keep aside. Chop the walnuts. Grease a round microwave dish and line it with butter paper. Combine dark chocolate and little butter in a bowl, put a big vessel filled with water on gas and put the chocolate bowl into that vessel and heat it till chocolate melts or is soften a bit. stir in continuously. Then put the sugar,vanilla essence in that mixture and blend well. Add the flour mixture ad walnuts into it and mix well. Add milk to correct the consistency of the batter. Pour the mixture into the greased bowl. Place the bowl on an upturned saucer and cook, uncovered, in Microwave on high (100%) for seven minutes. Check after seven minutes,If it comes out clean it is done,If not, cook uncovered in Microwave on medium (60%) for two more minutes. Allow it to cool it on room temperature for sometime and them demold it. Cut it into square pieces and Serve.
