Easy Bruchetta

Ingredients:
6 thick slices French, Italian, or other crusty bread
1/4 to 1/2 onion, finely diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 tablespoon dried basil or 3-4 fresh leaves
half teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil 
1 clove garlic, halved
Parmesan cheese (optional)


Method:
Preheat the oven
take the bread slices and brush it with oil on both the sides
also brush the finely chopped garlic
bake it for few minutes until bread is lightly toasted

Next step
Combine all the other ingredients in a medium sized bowl except
garlic and set aside

Remove bread from the oven
add the minced garlic in the tomato mixture
Place the bread in serving plate and put the mixture above it
or even u can serve it in side in a bowl.
