Apple Burfi

APPLE BURFI
As we all know APPLE is one of the most nutritionist fruit and also tasty. So lets make something new tasty, healthy and from yummy APPLES.

Ingredients:
Apples: 2 or 3 (depends upon the quantity)
1 bowl desiccated coconut
Sugar
Ghee
Saffron
a pinch of Cardamom powder
grated Pistachios & Almonds.

Method:
Take a deep vessel and place it on stove. After switching on d stove add about 3 to 4 tbs of ghee in it. Add the desiccated coconut into the vessel and stir it well till it gets golden brown with the sweet smell. Meanwhile peel the apples skin (u can also use with skin) and grate it and keep aside. Add those grated apples in the vessel with the coconut and mix it well with soft hands. Stir it continuously but not harshly. Add sugar and allow it to mix it well with all the ingredients. Last but not the least add a pinch of cardamom powder for a better taste and smell as well. Now switch off the stove when all the ingredients are mixed well and a pulp is form. Remove it in a flat surfaced plate,tray more preferably in square shaped or rectangle shaped because it may help to cool down it faster. After removing it in a plate put some grated pistachios, almonds and saffron for decorating it.
Leave it for about 15min in room temperature and then place it in the fridge to cool. After an hour remove it and cut it into pieces as per your choice whether you want square,triangles etc..
And you APPLE BURFI is ready to serve.
