Ingredients:
1 dark chocolate slab
Choco-chip or chocolate ice-cream
1 or 1 1/2 cup milk
2-3 tbs sugar
Chocolate pieces (finely chopped)
Chocolate syrup (optional)
5-6 biscuits (any normal buscuit)
Butter
Method:
Take mixture and pour milk into its vessel.
Also add sugar, 2-3 scoops of ice-cream to it.
Grind it in mixture.
Keep this liquid mixture aside
Take a deep vessel and add water in it, place it on gas on high flame
Now take a small vessel and put chocolate slab in it in two pieces.
Place this small vessel in the deep vessel on flame and melt the chocolate.
Keep stiring it while its melting.
Also crush the biscuits finely and add butter to it and mix it well.
Meanwhile take a glass or any transperent cup of tour choice
Put the buscuit mixture on the base of the glass/cup like a layer
After the chocolate is melt take a spoon full of melted chocolate and pour it
in glass frm side-wards to make it look decorative.
Add some melted chocolate on top of the biscuit layer too.
Now place the glass/cup in deep freezer for 15-20 min.
After that take it out and pour the liquid mixture into it.
Now its ready to Serve yummy and cold...
